    quality management of eLearning training programs and training materials for supporting the application of the quality measurement tool for institutions dealing with vocational training and which therefore can promote the establishment and development of quality culture The project implementation integrates testing of software and pilot training of the training material as well Thus the aim of the project is to elaborate an eLearning quality tool which can be applied at European level and which enables the teaching of quality management Also the project aims to provide the management and quality assurance of vocational training with an effective tool The innovative aim of the project is to develop a software tool for the evaluation of the training materials in LMS on the basis of research work result and quality assurance methodology will be formed in this project The advantage of the integration of the evaluation system and LMS is that it can store the answers related to the quality simultaneously when the training material pages displayed on the screen Furthermore it offers for developers and teachers an opportunity to display statistically the results in the LMS s which helps to evaluate them The innovative content means development an up to date

    integration of broadband web digital TV and mobile technologies for ubiquitous applications in the sector of non formal and informal life long learning The ubiquitous learning activities deal with materialization of personalised life long learning on demand for all anywhere anytime They require new organisational structures and relations between learning at educational institutions in workplace at home at social venues on the move etc Ubiquitous learning u learning as a concept may potentially be viewed as a next generation e learning U learning gives new opportunities for non formal and informal vocational training of different users groups due to richer access to vocational training facilities anywhere anytime in accordance with increasing occupational and geographical mobility of European citizens further development of tendency to ensure personalised training on demand improvement of Internet based structures for vocational e training facilitating also the combinations of formal and non formal learning to serve the rapidly changing competence needs in the Knowledge society The aim and results of the CHIRON project will be achieved by realisation of the following specific objectives Development of knowledge through surveys and analyses in the following areas Specific learning needs of the main groups of potential users in non formal and informal ubiquitous learning Learning methodologies adequate for ubiquitous computing solutions Technologies and tools for ubiquitous learning Ubiquitous web interactive TV and mobile applications for e learning Development of analysis and observation tools Application of methods for analysis and prognosis SWAT analysis foresight methods Investigation and experimenting with tools for data observation and analysis including knowledge technologies approaches Investigation of benchmarks indicators and evaluation models of u Learning effectiveness and identification of best practice Development of information exchange Discussion and dissemination of the produced surveys and analyses on open project workshops Dissemination through the project website and direct communication by

    project consisting of 1 ICT and new media professionals working for educational content providers through digital TV following the TV Anytime models as well as for electronic mass media advertising agencies etc 2 educationalists teachers and tutors using the new technology to support the development of pedagogically driven applications 3 students with needs for additional competence to work on content and tools production integrating web and broadband media The new competences of the target groups members will contribute also to their adaptability to the labour market of the digital economy and to creation of new business opportunities in the audiovisual industry The main aim of the project is to create a network of virtual training and resource centres of expertise New Media Knowledge Village for development of competence in integrated web and digital TV Anytime Anywhere technologies The efforts will be focused on integration of existing or emerging technological and education standards as well as existing or emerging standards in digital TV developed in the context of TV Anytime Anywhere in order to propose a unified standard for vocational training using digital TV Anytime Anywhere devices and methodologies development of curriculum and actual training facilities for professionals and or students in the field of digital TV Anytime Anywhere standards tools applications and techno legal issues of IPR digital rights management involvement of interactive TV facilities for personalisation of learning and its tailoring to the individual learning styles Expected specific results of the project New Media Knowledge Village containing at least four local centres of expertise in the form of applied software systems running on existing computer and communication infrastructure of the partners Methods for pedagogical use of integrated web and interactive TV technologies Proposal of a unified standard for vocational training using digital TV Anytime Anywhere devices Distributed repository multimedia

    New virtual enterprises are arising allowing business activities to be carried out freed from the constraints of geography and mobility The efforts in the project ADONIS will be focused in covering the profiles and specific needs of the user target groups for working in the European e Economy orienting the learning technologies to specific requirements of the on the job training life cycle providing learning content oriented towards virtual enterprise activities The project aims will be achieved through development of virtual network of local centres of expertise with related SMEs for their on the job e training in e Business The project s primary target group consists of staff and managers of Tourism oriented SMEs The secondary target group covers staff and managers from Cultural Industry oriented SMEs The project contribution to existing European and national vocational training practices consists in incorporation of e learning techniques in the on the job training activities cost effective personalised in company training for e Business innovative learning content supporting development of new business models and SME behaviour for successful transition towards European networked economy The basic result of the project is the development of ADONIS open distributed environment for on the job e training in SMEs integrating innovative solutions for training of SME personnel to perform successfully e Business activities The information resources of the environment local centres of expertise consist of software solutions training courseware multimedia and documents The ADONIS environment with at least four local centres of expertise will provide Training in tools and services for SME as information supplier templates for web site construction electronic publishing tools for the publishing of internal business to business and client oriented documents catalogues advertising tools and services for the web marketing for SMEs Training in tools and services for SME as information receiver
